First Day of Kindergarten! Yay Iain!

First day of kindergarten and our little monkey was so excited and eager. Of course, his monkey loved school too. Iain was a bit nervous but found his groove. His teacher described him as mature and well behaved on day one...we'll see how the rest of the year goes but he is determined to stay out of the principal's office. LOL. A Week with Nana Rose

Iain spent the first week of August with Nana Rose in Roseville. From gardening to evening walks, fort building to a sleepover with cousin Megan, frozen yogurt to dinosaurs in the great outdoors, TV time to exploring for bugs...they made the most of their time together and Iain loved every moment of it. In fact, Iain still talks about the bugs that infested Nana's bushes in her front yard and points out those particular bushes everytime he sees one. Rumor has it that Nana called the exterminators immediately upon Iain's departure...Thank you Nana for carving out this special time with Iain!
